The Odisha Government has effected a reshuffle at the senior IPS level, transferring and posting six IPS officers to various key positions across the State. According to a Home Department notification issued on August 21, 2026, the reshuffle includes important postings in the Intelligence Directorate, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Special Task Force (STF), Southern Range, Talcher Range and other key assignments. The reshuffle includes postings in Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Angul and Brahmapur.
