Odisha is all set to host the BRICS Technical Meeting on “Disaster Risk Reduction Working Group” under India’s presidency, from June 3 to 5. The second BRICS Technical Meeting will be held in Puri. Representatives and experts from BRICS nations will participate in the conference. Delegates from Brazil, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Iran will attend. Representatives from Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, UAE, and China will also join. Discussions will be held on international cooperation in disaster management.
