Odisha Government has announced that all land buying and selling transactions in the State will now be completely cashless. Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari shared the information, stating that the move aims to bring more transparency to land registration and curb malpractices. He added that earlier, cash transactions of up to Rs 15,000 were permitted but that provision will now be removed. No repeated visits to the registration office will be required.
