President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to visit the Maa Kandhuni Devi Temple near Taptapani in Ganjam district on August 4. As part of her visit, the President will offer prayers at the Maa Kandhuni Devi temple. She is also scheduled to have lunch at the temple premises. Keeping her visit in mind, the district administration has launched extensive preparations. Cleaning work around the temple premises and repair of approach roads are currently underway.
