Following the BJP’s historic win in the West Bengal Assembly elections, the party is set to form the Government. The new Chief Minister of West Bengal will take oath on May 9, BJP state president Samik Bhattacharya announced. The swearing-in ceremony has been scheduled to coincide with the birth anniversary of Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. The name of the new Chief Minister is expected to be announced by the BJP legislative party soon.
