A newborn baby girl, delivered aboard the Rourkela-Gunupur Rajarani Express near Cuttack, died while undergoing treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital. The infant had been admitted in critical condition after the onboard delivery. Both mother and baby were rushed to SCB Medical College for emergency care. Doctors said the newborn was premature. Hospital sources confirmed that this is the second infant who died today, a day after delivery. The first child had died at SCB yesterday.
