With massive crowds gathering in Puri due to ongoing Ratha Jatra, DGP Y.B. Khurania has urged elderly people, patients and children to avoid coming to the pilgrim town. Addressing the situation, the DGP advised devotees to stay away from the crowded areas and remain cautious. Officials said the appeal has been made keeping in view safety and crowd management concerns during the ongoing rush in the city.
