In a major child rescue initiative, Operation Anweshan, conducted from August 28 to September 8, successfully rescued 101 Odia children from 17 states across the country. The campaign was aimed at tracing and rescuing children who had been separated from their families and ensuring their safe return. The Odisha Police reiterated that the safety, security and well-being of every child remain its top priority. The successful operation reflects the coordinated efforts of the police and other agencies in protecting children and reuniting them with their families.
