Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in New Delhi to attend the 18th BRICS Summit. He was received at the airport by Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Jitin Prasada. Xi Jinping’s visit to India comes nearly seven years after his last trip to the country in October 2019, when he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi for an informal summit in Mamallapuram, Tamil Nadu.
