The Higher Education Department has increased undergraduate seats for the current academic year to accommodate more students for +3 admissions. A total of 10,372 seats have been added across various colleges and state public universities in Odisha. According to the department, Government colleges will get 4,684 additional seats. Among 488 block grant colleges, 3,416 seats have been increased. Another 1,056 seats have been added in 662 aided colleges. State Public Universities will also see 1,216 more seats for UG courses this year.
