In another Instagram video, the PM Modi praised the new amendment and said the Government has fulfilled its promise made to students. The PM said the Bill was brought to protect lakhs of students who appear for competitive exams every year. He stated that the new law will bring more transparency, accountability and strict action against those involved in paper leaks and malpractices.
