Indian batting superstar Virat Kohli was on Thursday ruled out of the upcoming ODI series against Afghanistan due to a hamstring injury. The BCCI confirmed that Kohli sustained the injury during a training session and has been advised rest. He will not be available for the three-match series. The India vs Afghanistan ODI series will begin on June 13 at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium in Dharamsala.
