The two-day State Executive Meeting of the Odisha BJP commenced at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Cuttack on Saturday, with senior party leaders gathering to discuss the organisation’s strategy and preparations for the upcoming urban and panchayat elections. The meeting, chaired by Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal, is being attended by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Ministers, Ministers, MPs, MLAs and other senior leaders of the party. Regional in-Charge Sunil Bansal inaugurated the Meeting. Deliberations at the meeting are focused on strengthening the party organisation and improving its functioning at various levels. Leaders are also discussed strategies to expand the BJP’s organisational presence and prepare the party for the forthcoming local body elections. Another key focus of the meeting is taking the state government’s welfare and development initiatives to the grassroots and ensuring that their benefits reach people across Odisha.
