President Droupadi Murmu arrived in her hometown Rairangpur on Tuesday for a 2-day visit to Odisha, welcomed by Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati and CM Mohan Charan Majhi. Her arrival was delayed by nearly 2 hours from the scheduled time of 3:45 PM at Dandabose airstrip. According to reports, the President will be reaching the Sub-Divisional Hospital shortly. Due to adverse weather conditions, the President could not take her scheduled chopper flight. She landed at Kalaikunda in West Bengal and completed the remaining journey to Rairangpur by road via Bangiriposi and Bisoi.
