The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan’s petition challenging the rejection of her nomination from Rajya Sabha election from Madhya Pradesh. The Apex court said that if once nomination of a candidate is rejected by the returning officer, the only remedy is to approach the Election Commission.
