The owner of the collapsed Satya Niketan building, Hariram Gupta, was taken into custody from Bhiwadi in Rajasthan. The decades-old five-storey building, which housed a boys’ paying guest accommodation near Delhi University’s South Campus, collapsed during repair work, killing seven people on Sunday. Earlier, the Delhi Police had issued a lookout circular (LOC) against Gupta.
