The Government said on Saturday appointed Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth as the next Chief of the Army Staff. Currently he is serving as the Vice Chief of the Army Staff. He will assume charge on June 30 following the retirement of the present Chief of the Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi.
