Two people have died after a landslide struck in the Ashok Nagar area along the Ghatkopar-Kurla Road in Mumbai early Wednesday morning following incessant rainfall in Mumbai. Two bodies have been recovered, while 6–8 people are feared trapped. Rescue operations are currently underway. According to officials, the landslide occurred in the early hours after continuous downpour lashed the city.
